Victor Kipkorir Kirui (26) is a highly accomplished political scientist based in Nairobi, Kenya, and a valued member of the Africapols Advisory Board. He is also associated with Katiba Institute, where he contributes to research and advocacy for constitutionalism and democratic governance. Victor has served as a Youth Advisory Board Member for the European Partnership for Democracy and was recognized as one of the ten esteemed members of the Regional Accountability Hubs for Anglophone Africa under the Women and Youth in Democracy (WYDE) Civic Engagement project in 2023/2024.

As the Secretary General of the National Youth League for the FORD-Kenya Party, Victor has played a key role in shaping youth policies and driving advocacy efforts. His expertise extends to climate diplomacy, youth advocacy, and democracy, with active participation in high-impact conferences and training sessions.
